Lavdi Zymberi

Lavdi Zymberi is a researcher with expertise in gender equality, women’s rights, and social inclusion. She has contributed to research and policy analysis on women’s participation in decision-making, gender policies in the private sector and civil society, gender quotas on boards, and public administration reform from a gender perspective, etc. Zymberi holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and brings strong experience in program management, stakeholder coordination, and donor-funded projects, particularly in support of vulnerable and marginalized communities.
